‘Spin Captain Hook’s Wheel of Misfortune for a chance to win a Taylors Baddie Bag’ – Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter of ‘Spin to Win’ is Taylors Snacks Ltd., Inchcoonans, Farm Road, Inchcoonans, Perthshire, PH2 7RB.
  2. ‘Spin to Win’ is open to UK residents aged 18+ (or those accompanied by an adult, aged 18+), who successfully enter the required details via the Taylors Snacks ‘Crispmas’ website landing page. ‘Spin to Win’ is not open to employees of the Promoter or Taylors Snacks Ltd., their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of ‘Spin to Win’.
  3. To receive your free spin, you must complete the Taylors Crispmas entry form via the website (taylorssnacks.com/crispmas-spinner) and provide a valid email address. No purchase is necessary.
  4. By submitting your details, you will also be entered into our Crispmas Prize Draw – Terms and conditions available here.
  5. Only one entry per person is permitted for the entire Promotional Period (see below). Multiple submissions of the same entrant’s details or from the same person will not result in additional spins.
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
  7. The Promotional Period will run from 1st December – 31st December, 2023. Entries will only be accepted and valid during this time.
  8. The Promoter will display Captain Hook’s Wheel of Misfortune next to the Taylors Snacks sampling area, within the Festival Theatre, Edinburgh. The Wheel will be managed by the Promoter and will be available to play for an unconfirmed time period before each performance begins. The Wheel will appear at various, unannounced dates during the Edinburgh Pantomine performances in 2023. Those dates are entirely at the discretion of the Promoter.
  9. The closing time for each opportunity to spin the Wheel will come shortly before the Pantomine performances are due to begin. The Promoter will decide, at their discretion, whether or not the Wheel will be active during intermissions.
  10. Successful spins, which land on the chosen/highlighted sections of the Wheel, will receive a Prize of x1 Taylors ‘Baddie Bag’, which consists a paper tote bag containing a selection of Taylors Snacks festive crisps and popcorn. The flavours and number of snacks included in each bag at the discretion of the Promoter.
  11. A total of 50 Prizes will be available to win during the duration of the Promotional Period.
  12. Taylors products may contain allergens, all Prize Draw entrants are encouraged to check the Taylors website for information regarding the ingredients and allergens in each product: www.taylorssnacks.com/products
  13. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to replace prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
  15. The Promoter shall use and take care of any data you supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering ‘Spin to Win’, you agree to the collection, retention, usage of your information in order to:
    • Process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.
    • Promote your first name and town/city ONLY, via Taylors social media or email newsletter, if you are a winner.
  16. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering ‘Spin to Win’, or accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law.
  17. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
  18. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Scottish law and the courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
