1. Data Collection and Use
We collect personal data when you visit our website, register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. The information collected may include:
• Email address
• Mailing address
• Phone number
• Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers
We may use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To process transactions
• To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature
• To send periodic emails (only if you opt-in to our mailing list)
2. Newsletter Subscription
We request the minimum details of your first name, surname and email address. This is enough for us to be able to keep in touch with you via email. The purpose of the newsletter is to inform you of new products, new offers and sometimes to ask for your views on our new product development work.
If you submit your email address, or complete the registration form to join our mailing list, you will receive a verification email asking you to confirm your intention to join. This process is in accordance with best practice and enables us to check that you are the real user of that email address and that you did intend to add your details to our newsletter database.
You can unsubscribe at any time.
We will offer competitions from time to time on our website.
We ask for contact information when you enter the competition because we need to be able to contact you if you win. By entering the competition, you consent to us holding your personal information for this purpose.
This type of information is only held as a temporary record until the advertised close of the competition when we contact the winners and delete the information.
We use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience:
