PRIZE DRAW: LinkedIn – Lunch with Darcy Graham ‘Like, follow and tag a connection for the chance to win lunch for two with Darcy Graham at Scottish Gas Murrayfield, Edinburgh’

IMPORTANT NOTE – we will NEVER ask for your payment details when you’re entering a prize draw. If people pretending to be us ever ask for this, DO NOT engage with them – and please let us know immediately. Thank you.

1. The Promoter of the Prize Draw is Taylors Snacks Ltd., Inchcoonans, Farm Road, Inchcoonans, Perthshire, PH2 7RB.
2. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18+.
3. To be entered into this Prize Draw, you must like the ‘WIN LUNCH WITH DARCY’ post on LinkedIn, follow Taylors Snacks and tag x1 of your LinkedIn connections in the comments. No purchase is necessary.
4. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Promoter or Taylors Snacks Ltd., their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this Prize Draw.
5. Only one entry per person, per LinkedIn account for this Prize Draw is permitted. Multiple submissions of the same content or from the same person, during the Promotional Period, will not result in additional entries.
6. The Promotional Period will run from Friday 21st – Wednesday 26th March 2025. Entries will only be accepted and valid during this time.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
8. The closing date and time for the Prize Draw is 11:59pm on Wednesday 26th March 2025. Any entries received after 11:59pm on this date will not be considered.
9. The draw will be made within 24 hours of the Prize Draw closing date and time. The winner of the draw will be announced and tagged in a follow-up LinkedIn post, and contacted via DM or email.
10. The prize consists of one experience for two guests, which includes: ‘a pitch-side watch along of the Edinburgh team training, followed by a behind the scenes tour of the Edinburgh Rugby facility and a seated lunch with Darcy Graham’.
11. The prize experience will take place in the afternoon of Tuesday 1st April 2025, at The Hive, Scottish Gas Murrayfield. The prizewinner must be available on this date, at this time, to take part.
12. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of all entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Draw will be performed by a random computer process, administered by the Promoter and under the supervision of an independent member of the Promoter’s staff.
13. The winner will receive full details of the prize (and timings) via DM or email, following the draw, and ahead of Tuesday 1st April 2025.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any additional costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
15. If the winner does not respond to the Promoter within 24 hours of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Taylors Snacks Ltd. shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. If the winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
16. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
18. The Promoter shall use and take care of any data you supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage of your information in order to:
    • Process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.
    • Promote your first name and town/city ONLY, via Taylors LinkedIn account, if you are a winner.
19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this Prize Draw, or accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law.
20. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
21. Participants in the draw are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Scottish law and the courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
