PRODUCT OFFER: Taylors x CalMac Spin the Wheel Giveaway: Spin the wheel and land on the wining segment, to receive a free, delivered 6-months supply of Taylors Snacks.’

IMPORTANT NOTE – we will NEVER ask for your payment details when you’re entering a prize draw. If people pretending to be us ever ask for this, DO NOT engage with them – and please let us know immediately. Thank you.

1. The Promoter of the Offer is Taylors Snacks Ltd., Inchcoonans, Farm Road, Inchcoonans, Perthshire, PH2 7RB.
2. The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18+, present as passengers on the CalMac ferry during the Taylors Snacks Pirate Takeover event on Friday 20th June 2025.
3. To enter the Offer, participants must ‘Spin the Taylors Wheel’ during the event. No purchase is necessary.
4. Each person is entitled to one spin only per event day. No multiple attempts or re-spins are permitted.
5. The Offer is not open to employees of the Promoter or Taylors Snacks Ltd., their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this Offer.
6. The giveaway consists of five (5) grand prizes, each comprising a 6-month supply of Taylors Snacks (defined as x6 cases containing 8 x 150g bags). Each prize will be sent as a single delivery, to a UK postal address within 14 days the event.
7. To win, the wheel must land exactly on the designated winning segment. Near misses do not qualify.
8. The giveaway will close immediately, once five valid winners have been confirmed on the day of the event. No further entries will be accepted after this point.
9. Winners will be notified immediately on the day of the event and must provide valid contact and UK postal address details to receive their prize. If a winner does not provide contact information at the time of winning, their prize may be forfeited.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries, nor for any technical issues preventing participation.
11. All spins must be conducted fairly. Taylors Snacks reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend the Offer at any time if deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
12. The giveaway is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
13. The Promoter shall use and protect any data provided in accordance with its Privacy Policy and data protection legislation. By entering, participants agree that Taylors Snacks may use their information solely to fulfil and manage the delivery of the prize. No personal data will be stored or used for marketing unless the participant has explicitly agreed to it.
14. If a prize is declined, forfeited, or invalid due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to award it to another eligible participant.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, or disappointment incurred as a result of entering or winning, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
